It's always sunny in Philadelphia

The new Sunny campaign is out. It starts tomorrow!

Nick Kroll on Comedy Central

This is the poster to the 3rd and final season of the Kroll Show. Nick plays many different characters, male/female, old/young. He is in the shot 6 times. The picture is loosely a spoof of a famous group shot of the cast of some New Jersey modern day mafia drama.

Man Seeking Woman

A new comedy on FXX, based on a book by Simon Rich "The last girlfriend on earth", super funny. My favorites are the Dog Missed Connections. I'll quote one here:" Saw you by the dumpster, eating what appeared to by human vomit. You seem like someone that doesn't take himself too seriously. Not sure if you're male or female, but either way I'd love to smell your genitals. Let me know if you're intrigued". Or this one:"Spotted you yesterday, helping a blind human across the street. I can tell you've got a gentle soul and caring heart. Would love to mount you violently from behind and have aggressive sex with your body"

American Horror Story

I shot the campaign for American Horror Story over three days at the Sony lot in Culver City. We executed some 16 ideas, all but one were finished and used. FX had a hard time editing it down to one poster, so it ended up being a multiple poster campaign. The color, lighting and feel was very much done in camera, the raw files almost look identical to the finished files, other than 3rd legs or arms, and the odd dark sky, the process was very organic.

The League on FX

I shot the white unicorn, I mean horse with a pin, on the parking lot of the studio. The next day we put up a horse like contraption with room for 6 people on the same spot to soot the cast. A forklift could control the angle to find the maximum angle before out actors would slide off.

Tyrant on FX

I shot the poster for Tyrant in the Sahara in southern Tunisia. A month later I set out to Israel to shoot portraits of the cast members on set just outside Tel Aviv.
